Hot days and cool nights, which gives a very good thermal amplitude, which translates into the quality of the wines.

VINEYARDS: Grape production of 40 to 60 quintals per hectare. Drip irrigation.
HARVEST: Manual in plastic boxes of 15 Kg.
FERMENTATION: Traditional with native ferments from the vineyard and selected yeasts, between 23 and 30°C. Maceration for 16 to 20 days.
AGING: In its custody, it was sought to focus on micro oxygenation more than the contribution of wood, which depending on each Variety, was between 10 and 16 months, and then have a Bottle Guard for more than two years, achieving a balanced Bouquet worthy of the great wines.

Our selection of barrels summarized in a bottle. A wine that requires time and oxygenation to evolve in each glass served and a surprise with each sip. A fascinating, unique cut that shows off the different varietals that compose it; in the search to give longevity to the youth of the fruit. Soft and silky, with a very particular long finish.

Ideal for cold cuts and cheeses, tapas and gourmet food dishes where the protagonists are the flavors. Very good with fish and poultry.
